    Dear magicjack representative,
    i did the purchase of a magicjack it’s been a month ago, for my personal reason i sent it back to you before the trial period was over.i sent it by certify mail, i have the receipt and so on, on the 13th of february, i received your mail which is saying that you refund me the money with a refund number. the next day i mean on february 14 2008, you guys sent a bill to chase to chase of which the amount was $46.90. i think there is a mistake , and i would appreciate to have it corrected as soon as possible, because my account has been debited of $49.90 while you sent me my refund number.

    I am bothered about the unavailable support e-mail address for MagicJack. Live Chat is broken. I do have wireless access.
    This came about when I returned the product on March 2nd, 2008 and have not received a refund yet. It is impossible to contact them online without receiving an automated response.
    Does anyone have any ideas ?

  3. HI AM VERY INTERESTED IN KNOWING IF YOU GOT THROUGT IN GETHING YOUR REFUND BACK FROM THEM??? I ALSO PERCHARD ONE BUT READ THINGS ABOUT??? THAT I PERSONAL DID’NT LIKE ABOUT THEM???
