That's almost criminal! I can think of no expense other than having to replace the entire LCD screen that would make such a warranty cost worth it. Plus, if you shop around, you can get a brand new laptop easily for under $1,000. One note... I always recommend a three year warranty to my clients. I consider one year warranties to be inadequate.
