Grocery savings seminar
If you’re free after lunch on Tuesday, March 4, consider attending a “webinar” on grocery savings from 1 to 2 p.m. ET.
It’s sponsored by Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Greater Atlanta and features Stephanie Nelson, The Coupon Mom.
Stephanie, at right, is my go-to person when I need reliable information on supermarket shopping for my Spending Smart column.
Register for the online class here: https://www1.gotomeeting.com/register/287867033
Advice will include understanding store coupon policies, developing a shopping strategy and using coupons to maximize savings. All registered webinar participants will also receive a copy of “Advanced Coupon Savings Strategies,” a comprehensive savings guide from Stephanie Nelson.
A news release says you’ll need Internet access and a telephone. I’m not sure why. I have a message into CCCS to clear that up…
Update: You can listen with your computer speakers or over the phone, which is why the mention of both, spokesperson says.
